François Chatillon highlights the renovation of the Grand Palais at SIBCA 2025

The Grand Palais in Paris hosted the fourth edition of SIBCA (the Low-Carbon Real Estate Fair), a key event for professionals in construction, urban development, and real estate management committed to the ecological transition.

On Wednesday, 3 September, François Chatillon spoke at the conference “Renovation & Regeneration of Heritage: From the Grand Palais to Third Places.” He presented in detail the renovation work carried out on this emblematic building, highlighting the ongoing efforts to restore and modernize it while preserving its architectural heritage.
The session was moderated by Olivier Marin, Editor-in-Chief of Propriétés Le Figaro and author of L’Urbanisme demain, la ville bouge et se transforme (Apogée). Other speakers included Christophe Chauffour, Deputy CEO of GrandPalaisRmn; Delphine Aboulker, Deputy Director at the École de Chaillot – Cité de l’architecture et du patrimoine; and Arnaud Anantharaman, Deputy Managing Director at Action Logement Immobilier.
