François Chatillon at RELEASE [AEC]: Technology in the Service of Architectural Heritage
As part of the inaugural edition of RELEASE [AEC], organized in partnership with the Architizer Awards, François Chatillon presented how advanced digital technologies were employed in a critical heritage analysis, conducted prior to the prestigious renovation of the Grand Palais.
Rather than limiting itself to software or artificial intelligence, RELEASE [AEC] – Architecture, Engineering, Construction – invites participants to consider technology as a lever capable of transforming architectural projects in meaningful and lasting ways.
During this session, François, representing Chatillon Architectes, spoke alongside Anne-Cécile Comar and Philippe Croisier, founding architects of Atelier du Pont, and Isabel Van Haute, cofounder, partner, and artistic director at Coldefy. All three agencies, recipients of Architizer A+Awards, presented their distinct approaches to “technology,” illustrating the diversity and originality of their projects and methodologies.
