The Grand Palais reopens its doors after five years of renovation!

Visitors are now rediscovering all areas of the building for the first time, following the reopening of the Nave for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. The renovation project, led by Chatillon Architectes, has restored the Grand Palais’s lost sightlines and improved circulation by reopening its central axis. New exhibition spaces and services have been created to enhance the visitor experience.

It is now possible to walk through the Grand Palais uninterrupted, from Square Jean Perrin to the Seine, via the new Central Plaza. This duty-free, freely accessible space will welcome and guide visitors, returning the Grand Palais to the city and its inhabitants.
